Yes! We are proud to say that we’re cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and are 100% against animal testing. In recognition of this commitment, we have been awarded ‘cruelty-free brand’ accreditation from PETA.

We are proud to say that we're against animal testing and vegan-friendly. We do not and will not conduct animal testing on our finished products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf. In recognition of this commitment, we have been awarded accreditation as a 'cruelty-free brand' from PETA.

No, our products do not contain parabens. However, our formulations still include preservatives to ensure that the product is safe to use.

We use silicones in certain formulas for their unique ability to make hair smooth, soft and shiny. They’re also suitable for sensitive scalps.

Some people are concerned that silicones may lead to build-up or can have a negative impact on the hair. Our cosmetic scientists disagree.

They have thoroughly investigated, tested and chosen the optimal conditioning system for each hair type.

As a brand, we’re 100% committed to and on the journey to find and include ever more natural, super effective solutions in the future.

All of our products are sulfate-free and use an optimised blend of non-sulfate surfactants to deliver effective yet gentle cleansing.

Our products don't contain any colourants and are the colour that nature made them. Each regime is uniquely fragranced with an EcoBoost™ fragrance – a technology which means that low levels of fragrance oil can be included without compromising on the performance.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Good spot! From bottle to bottle and cap to cap, the colour will vary, this is because of the different recycled materials used! Some may be lighter and some may be darker - we are celebrating the inconsistencies. But don't worry, it's what's inside that counts!

Plastic is a lightweight material, suitable for use in the shower and ensures our products get to you in the best possible condition. However, wherever possible, we aim to use no new plastic and make our bottles and caps with recycled plastic while ensuring the packs are recyclable when you've finished with them (where facilities exist). We're always on the look-out for better alternatives, if one becomes available you can be assured we'll be on it!

All our products are lovingly developed and made in the UK.
